$LCLP On Friday June 10, 2016 Life Clips® announced that the company had successfully up-listed to the OTCQB Venture Market Place and that (LCLP) signed and entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Batterfly Energy, ltd. (full releases can be read here).

These aforementioned announcements and the swift execution of these announcements are but a small example of how we conduct business at Life Clips®, Inc.
