Thanks for the report extracts. I would say that GOV intention is not totally evil (FnF will be released from C-ship with some value in the end). They just don't care whether their actions are lawful and FnF are private companies with certain rights protected by law. Also, FMIC may not work. Let the court to decide that.

In conclusion, FnF will stay given the model is proven and extremely cost efficient. No other alternative can guarantee liquidity to the mortgage market at such low cost. IMO.
