Agree with the judge to give extra time to Centerbridge to investigate this matter. off course this Bk stinks, how the hell they can go back to chapter 11 after just recovering from the previous bankruptcy. I am holding warrants from the previous bankruptcy and invested into new commons that the company is back on track to success. This is bs to rob small retailers like me.

Hope that EC will bring their true face to judge and we common holders will get some justice.
