Actually charts are relevant in OTC, but not guaranteed (none are). Absolutely agree that manipulation drives pps.....and often indicates huge price swings. The funding deals have been made so the VCs will make money off an increasing pps. Ascending triangle shows gathering higher lows and successive accumulation, like a tightly wound spring. If .014 breaks, emotion, with help of some healthy manipulation, should influence a huge upside.
