I did not intend to private reply - apologies for that. Simply hit the wrong link

As I stated - I have some holding here, certainly not as large as others claim to have. This is a board to discuss BIEL, and reasonable discussions around both positives and negatives should be expected and welcome. I believe the whitewashing around dilution is not realistic - and it's evident some don't really understand the implications of both share structure and dilution and their possible negative impact to shareholders. Shouldn't be difficult to believe I could have some negative opinions yet be willing to take a risk with some personal investment.

I see posts that seem to question motivation - but not much to refute the basic points I have illustrated. Such is life I hope management can get the approvals they seek and find other ways to raise cash beyond dilution (profits would be a good starting point).

I'm happy to leave the board to those who prefer unchallenged positive posts, whether reasonable or otherwise.
