Pee pads should be on your list of things people will buy as they get older. The desire to be clean and dry never goes away. I have shares in Kimberly Clark for this reason, and it has been an excellent long term conservative investment.

Now, moving up the Maslow Hierarchy of needs, the need to communicate and the greater need for acceptance and togetherness mean that cell phones will always be in demand. And we all know IDCC was key in first inventing the cell phone and in upgrading the phone over time through research and patented IP.
