Not to worry, Hamash Hume is the man. He will dismantle this without a problem. He knows well that they are (supposed to be) acting as conservators-which means: the conservator is acting in the Role of the company, so they are not acting as a gov agency, But a private company in the jurisdiction of Delaware and Virginia. AND the gov cant appeal that b/c they won that ruling, stating that they were not acting in the role as the gov, but a private company as a conservator
