I've done that with BIEL - it's ripe for it. Lots of high volume days with good price fluctuation. If one plays enough shares there is money to be made. Of course that's a lot different than a long term holding strategy. Some of those players could hold with house money at this point, though that's not typical.
It's the same regardless of the stock - long term dilution with poor share structure increases the risk. For me it's worth it at the level I hold; won't buy more; not willing to risk additional funds. The landscape is littered with folks who got very deep into 'sure things', and found out they weren't......BIEL management has to build a model sustainable without dilution. To date - it's failed to do so. We will see...
