Ostensibly, all those positive scenarios, should they come to fruition, would b expected to result in an upward movement in the PPS.

The challenge is predicting how this will play out against previous and ongoing dilution, and the horrendous share structure. Shareholders will deal with flippers, and previous financiers, deciding if, and when, to bail. That's part of the risk for shareholders - the other variables outside the positive scenarios.
