There wasn't a valid point made to be missed. Physical dilution is not a valid or legitimate term with regard to stock dilution. Might just as well say metaphysical dilution, or existential dilution, or something equally meaningless.

Dilution, in fact, is not a business necessity for thousands of stock companies - it is only a necessity as a last resort for those that cannot manage a profitable existence without traditional terms of finance, and is nearly always at the expense of shareholders. The remainder of your comments relative to BIEL selling shares at a dollar is fantasy, rendering the conclusion irrelevant.

BIEL does indeed need dilution (notice, please, the lack of 'physical' as a qualifier for 'dilution'). If BIEL cannot eventually survive without dilution, shareholders are....screwed.
