Yes. Was Cameron so overconfident he didn't think there was a chance the Remains would lose?

And I'd be willing to bet that only about 10% of the voters fully understood the implications of Brexit. Naturally you can't force people to study issues, or make sure they grasp them, but perhaps some kind of educational effort should have been made.

Nigel Farage reminds me of Oswald Moseley.
