I believe EFLN has Many (not just a couple of) Huge shareholders who hold over 50M floating shares! Which is why only about 80M shares Maximal-Trading-Volume during the past years --- which can be verified by the chart below! Otherwise when EFLN hit the All-Time-Low 0.0001 we should see Hundreds of Millions shares of trading volumes at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 whcih never happened so far...
