Unfortunately when the SEC suspends an SEC Registrant stock for Financials / Filings delinquencies it is too late for the company to remedy the delinquencies. The SEC attempts to contact every SEC Registrant about the delinquencies but each company that does not satisfy the SEC's requests to file results in the stock being suspended and thereafter revoked.
