Well since the TA acts upon instructions it is given by the Corporate officers and legal opinions provided, it would appear this must be a major conspiracy.

The NVSOS must be in on it as they allowed the change of the Officers list.

The TA must be in on it because they followed simple protocol based on information supplied to them.

The Millers must be in on it.

The SEC allowed 3 filings to be done 2 8k's and a 15G so they are in on it.

Seems like it's a global network aimed at knowing in 2015 WOGI would try to buy the company in 2016 with $$ is doesn't have, and use Google to form it's legal basis of fraud against POTG.

This is a very series's court case, they better get Matlock on it......LOL
