Dr. Schwartz's previous sale of Bayhill Therapuetics to Roche proves the fact Dr. Schwartz has an inside track to sell GALENA to Roche and explains many of the recent corporate activities;
-moving to SSF next door to Roche,
-expanding the Herceptin/Neuvax combination trials 2x's,
-divesting superfluous commercial assets,
-focusing exclusively on the Neuvax/ immunology franchise,
-Firing Kriegsman (i am sure he monkey wrenched the deal previously)
-and setting all the lawsuits.
