I don't believe the move for sanctions will include any dollar amounts other than attorney fees. But, someone better qualified to answer that might be Bizzy or justthefactsmam.

It will be interesting to see the courts response in regards to sanctions and damages... A question for those more knowledgeable about the process, does Ctix have to file a counterclaim in order to be awarded damages incurred to shareholder value? After reading all the banter surrounding the value of the options that represent the legal fees, I imagine those would be covered if the judge chose to grant the motion. I'm of the thinking that damages incurred to shareholder value is at a minimum, a dollar a share; that would put the damages at a minimum of a 138million, plus legal fees, and whatever sanctions the court wants to impose. Could fund a lot of trials with that!?? I also feel that we could benefit from the court tired of this charade, (not just this case) and costly waste of their time.
