First, dilution is not a business model. Second, almost all penny stocks resort to dilution - that's the problem, anybody can do it!! Third - as for 'begging investors' - dilution often makes investors beggars by wiping out their value.
Asked no rational person - ever. The facts are important - and while bean counting isn't the only thing, it's a critical thing. Billions of shares - ready for dilution, and poised to wipe out shareholder value if misused or overused.
Can't have it both ways - the excitement originally expressed over the supposed 'end of dilution' shouldn't be evident if now dilution is suddenly part of a successful 'business model'. That kind of thinking is how once solvent nations acquire nineteen trillion dollar debt loads, and companies dilute shareholders to trips on the road to failure.
