A person would have to be absolutely nuts to invest in a company that is delinquent. The 10-K Annual for 2015 was due on April 15th after they filed for a 15-day extension - never showed up. The first quarter 2016 10-Q will be due soon too......

What are these clowns hiding? I bet is some pretty interesting stuff.
