When a market is thin and illiquid trading price is not necessarily representative of intrinsic value, including the net present value of near term prospects. This is not an opinion, it's a fact. Finance acknowledges this, so do the courts. IMO everyone who's in CRGS (TOVC) is in; everyone who's short is short. Actual business events will dictate the next move unless the naked short I postulate tries to preemptively cover before any definitive positive news.
