Thank you Citrati, I've been pretty good about the hydration part this time. Interesting about the massages, I'll look into that. Surprisingly, my darts practice is soothing, although I can't last very long. There is a certain amount of nerve damage, but it's satisfying when I overcome that and plant a good one LoL! Thanks again for all the great suggestions, they mean a lot coming from a guy who has been "there."
