There is no other way to get your shares, right?

Whoever wants them can't start buying them because that would create a buying frenzy thus causing the stock price to sky rocket so that's out.

Can't legally force you to give up your shares right?..so only thing left to do is plant the seed of doubt.

It's an old trick...but the longs know what they have here.

Also, there's the majority share holder to consider. Can't forget that.

I guarantee you anything, the main catalyst for Verizon acquiring Telogis is what RMTD has brought to the table.... those patents. Remember, RMTD were pioneers in telematics !!!! The PR of Telogis acquiring RMTD even said so.

If you forget everything I've written here, remember one thing. RMTD assets and it's shares are one in the same. There was no acquiring of RMTD without those shares.
