well, I guess you really don't need an accounting department, if there is no revenue coming in, and you don't pay any of your bills until you get sued.
So, in a way, I understand getting rid of Ackerman. He must not have been too smart, or he would have gotten paid before he left.

If he was doing the books, he must have known how shaky the financial situation was.
