Russell rebalancing - today was last day -
This year - lowest market cap for R2000-R2500-R3000 lowest limit was market cap of &133 million

The alz stock was included in 5 indexes even though it has lower market cap than CTIX but it is moved to Nasdaq. Today that stock traded 3.6 million stocks as indexes and Inst are buying it and keep it.

CTIX missed going to Russell indexes,ETF and MF in 2015 and now 2016 because it did not uplist.

Talk about lost opportunity. We can only rue.
