It is obvious that we are talking about a few tens of million dollars that are somewhere.
Obviously they are not in a bank account under his name or the people with Judgments would have blocked those accounts plus the IRS would be on him like flies on shit. He is too greedy to trust putting so much money in someone else's name. He is too smart to have it anywhere that can be easily traced.
Sooooo they are either in some German (or other European) account (i'm betting Germany..... wink wink......) or somewhere in the Cayman (remember his casino scam was in the Cayman islands). It definitely is not in Mexico, not with the people that he has after him there...

All in All I am certain PM is not hurting for money, not the way he travels and lives..... he just is a sorry SOB and can not openly enjoy his takings...... No one has a Black Amex card and does not have the money to justify it.... the annual fees alone are over $4,000....
As far as I know (could be wrong) Centurion American Express does not issue the Black Card to US Citizens unless they have a foreign account.... Last time I checked (a few years ago) he still had The Black Card and that card does not function as a credit card. Every month it needs to be paid off in full or you lose it.
