Hey I call a spade spade. Anyway, yes Kramers have the ability to say yay or nay on any proposal, but the fact of the matter is, Dan has the cards that they don't clearly hold yet. thus the reason for the lawsuit.
Now I didn't personally attack you, I simply stated that I do not believe that you are a pilot, nor that you have a real Pacer account. My opinion which is based on your statements. But hey, it's the internet, a person can be anything they want on the internet. But if you want to inform people as you say you do, let's keep it one hundred.
Yep I can't stand how Dan has played this out. However their are 2 sides to the story, and we currently are not privy to either one.
This isn't a play about the current status, if I came across this symbol in it's current form I wouldn't touch it with a twenty foot pole. I don't care how many movies it attached it's name to. But I would put it on my watch list.
Money is waiting on the results of the settlement, and a statement by either parties on what the move going forward will be!
I'm just going to see what happens after this is settled and make better informed decisions at that time.
