Yes, I believe they can produce 500g batches, but not in the strictest manner required. I agree that the CEO should be MUCH clearer in his communications.


You claim that management knew that at the time of testing, that FluCide toxicity testing by BASi would be inadmissible for a FluCide INDA, and that they did it only for show. Why would the testing be inadmissible? What proof do you have that they "knew" it would be inadmissible?

You claim that management "knows" they can "never" complete toxicity testing on ANY of their drugs, and thus everything they do is fraudulent. What is the alleged reason that they can never complete tox. testing? What proof do you have that they "know" this and are withholding this information from the investing public?

Avitar, the definition of drug is a compound intended for treatment of disease. Nanoviricides meet this definition. They are drugs.
