I also think that this stock is going higher, but I am not sure if the chart analysis works so great with this stock. Because it is so volatile and the std deviation is so large, I don't think that looking at past data does a very good job in predicting the direction of VTSI. I am a believer in analyzing trends, candlesticks, etc., but I think that there are some cases in which your confidence intervals are so large that it is hard to make sense of the data IMO.
