The reasons for a post are irrelevant. The questions are what the substance of the posts are.

So how do you justify the fact that in early May they said they would finish a deal by early June and here we are on June 27th effectively and there has been nothing? Does that have anything to do with a vendetta?

Or the lack of any substance in the recent pr? Does that have anything to do with a vendetta?

Or the fact that they have accrued themselves fat compensation for zero performance? Is that about a vendetta?

Or the HUGE self-serving dilution?

Or charging for Adessky's law offices?

Or all the other PRs that never came close?
