Passing a Senate subcommittee is hardly cause for celebration. Neither is architectural drawings, more pictures of empty warehouses, and now pictures of empty scrub filled future parking lots.
All of this is just fodder for speculation.
What I'd like to know is how much of the company/companies will go under the control of whoever puts up the funds to build out the proposed facility. Could be years before a bank could fund it.
I honestly don't see where some of you get your optimism. Tell me EXACTLY where the funds to build out the facility will come from, and then I'll start to listen to optimism. Until then, this is a snake oil pipe dream, even if Bradley is completely intending to make this happen. You can dream about it all day, but the real world requires far more than dreams.
