ReelTime had created a website that I watched Spiderman and other movies, streaming, using cutting edge P2P technology, one year before BH left in 2009. There were bugs, but quite a lot of things needed to happen for me to be able to watch a TOP TIER movie legally over the internet using P2P in the days following Napster's demise. That means they absolutely did something. Your statement is false.
The business failed for other reasons having to do with marketing.
It wasn't a scam.
