Here's the thing:

The exclamation has always been: "We have the cides!" (I will be more than happy to research and provide links where this is stated, if you want).

But they don't have anything. Until the 'cides are approved and are manufactured and sold, it doesn't mean anything.

NNVC "having the 'cides" is akin to me claiming I have made tons of money by purchasing shares of NNVC at very low prices but have not yet sold any. In both cases, it's all unrealized.
