I would not call it unbeatable, as the large blocks and high volume are just not there. This is currently in a hold pattern, plain and simple. There will be minor moves all around 3, but in the near term with no PROVEN drivers of value/revenue, it has no reason to move. Will an investor decide to buy or sell heavily and potentially spike/dive, absolutely as the volume is so low, but it will adjust and settle out to new support ceiling, close to current levels. This is a hold if you own, and a monitor if you are considering getting in.

My speculation:
Given the hiring, and extremely quiet nature of the company at the moment, I suspect they are putting financing in place. They will likely soon announce a private placement/dilution and some deal(s) that will back up the financing.

If they have nothing going on and are hiring with the expectation of ramping with nothing actually in the pipe, I would dump on the spot, if this ends up being the case.
