Yeah I agree - does your broker warn you before you trade if you will commit pattern day trading? Years ago I had one that didn't so I guess I did more than the four and my account got suspended. Luckily now I don't deal with that - only for one small account that I hardly trade out of so there is hardly any daytrading in it.
