You are always so positive yet you never comment on when we point out the obvious negative things happening like all the convertible debt, no product update, exclusion of any reference to VNTH on Nanobeak's new website. Why is that? It has to be somewhat concerning that we have no clue where the product stands. It has to be concerning that if the PPS stays at this rate we will hit the 1 billion OS shares really quickly. Also, we are going to not meet the listing requirements this month!! Ummmm, oh yeah and we just did a reverse split 3 months ago. Are they going to do a reverse split every 3 months?????

I want to be positive, but they haven't given me 1 reason to be positive. NOT 1 reason!!
