Turns out it was the right move to bet on silver (+2%) and gold (+5%), I'll see what my ETF is worth when the market opens in the US. Oh, and it's in USD (+5.5%). I will move that money to SIAF on Merkur next week.

It will be interesting to see what will follow. I think they made the right choice, though it of course will create a great uncertainty in Europe for quite some time. Would be nice to tear this union down and build something new when the time is right. You cannot have a union and not be passive when countries constantly ignore their obligations. Some countries should be kicked out for that reason (Romania, I'm looking at you buddy), and some should never have been allowed in to begin with due to their financial chaos.
