Nanobeak does, the same one whose primary private

owner was banned for life from certain public company

positions by the SEC.


Nanobeak is currently at the beginning of its spin cycle

for retail shareholders w/out non-dilution warrants, in my opinion--

.04 and downward...trips ahead of my July 1st prediction,

the next RS drawing us out no doubt, may be ahead of my Jan 2017

prediction, given the enormous debt, lack of apparent progress, if any

at all...lather, rinse, u know what's next...
