The truth has already come out. Hand is gone now from NMNX, the preferred are gone, Lumb/Ron didn't put up a fight and now the Gonzalez's have a ticker with ONLY a common class of stock.

It will be interesting to see if they do anything with it...

In other news, Hand was arrested for some activity unrelated to NMGL/NMNX and we await the slow turn of the wheels of justice. He was a penny scammer himself and he managed to get NMGL away from Stephen and Ron. Perhaps the reason they didn't put up the fight was exactly because it would allow them to walk away from it...preferred and all.
