Balance sheet items are a bit misleading. Maybe I am reading it wrong but they have advances payable of $4,196,667 which make it look like they have huge liabilities. However, "This amount is recoupable by Silver Creek solely from projects which were in development during the term of the agreement. At March 31, 2016, the Company had no projects “in development” under the agreement with Silver Creek, so no recoupment payments were owed." And it looks like it will never be paid. Why can't they get that off the balance sheet?
