The latest claim, if true makes the business model....

look really suspect. Not that it wasn't already.

The claim is that in order to receive a recovery permit from the FBAR you simply have to find evidence of a historical shipwreck You don't actually have to identify the name of the ship, you just have to show evidence a ship sank.

So is Kyle going to spend millions looking for a fishing boat that sank? I mean if they find it I'm sure the FBAR would be tickled, but what would that do to increase shareholder value?

Who would do recovery operations on a fishing vessel, and how stupid would it make them look if that's what they came to realize.
