No way. Zecca gave PTOI a golden opportunity to prove that their (cough, cough) disruptive technology was for real. PTOI responded by making Zecca look like a complete idiot. Unless he really is an idiot, there will be no second chance.

Zecca was a strong supporter. If the machine was computable comparable to the ones that did apply then surely ptoi would have been awarded the contract.
