Since KGRI was acquired, it stands to benefit the most - that's the way it always works; the acquirer goes down, while the acquired goes up because the acquired Company and shareholders only benefit.

I actually thought this was a R/M for KGRI when I first read it. A R/M of ITVI would have been terrible! However, KGRI being acquired by ITVI is an entirely different story IMO. KGRI is in a far better position that it's been over the past few years now.
