UK, thanks. That was greatly appreciated. That would be an immense deal. I also know how bidding on govt contracts can go. You don't dot one "t" or cross one "i" and off the pile of potential contractors. If they can make this happen, it's not just an ENORMOUS boon to the PPS, but think about the visibility this would give to other industries and even other govt programs. I had heard others speculating about USPS and PLUG and so when there's smoke... I am hoping the reason for an absence of real substantive news is that there is a big fish in the fry pan and everyone is hunkered down attending it. I will always share what I find when I poke around. I can be a nosy bitch.
