checks in the $100k range have totally stopped for these past 9+ months during the struggles / mergers of these key physical goods wholesalers.

IT TOOK 9+ Months to tell Shareholders... that they didn't get 100K plus a month ??????????????????????????????????????????????

And what does this wording mean?? They didn't complete as they told us they expected to do?? Now almost 2 weeks beyond when they targeted to get it done??

complete the corporate tasks with the Form 10 (including finalization of the Library Valuation so that the audits can be released).

No wonder the stock is where it is.... Always tomorrow... Soon... Then we find they have had lost Revenue streams... that they "expect" will be paid... ?????
