revo will never trade on a real market again. They may as well just let the SEC revoke their registration. It's far cheaper than getting audited fins.

The company can't sell shares into an illiquid market so their stock is worthless. revocation of the ticker and going private is a better option for those cons right now.


or face action by the SEC such as delisting.
