Thanks for the explanation, thought it was weird that a savvy investor had never heard of a T-Trade before.

I suspect that large holdings are being dumped systematically onto investors here, with the never-ending Translock pump going on to grease the wheels....

Of course, now that they are delinquent....who knows which noteholder is converting, or what new notes have been issued. Or which member of management has been awarded large blocks of shares. Or what the true share structure is. Lots of unknowns. But hey, if an investor is willing to throw their money into a dark pit, go for it.....
