CEO is dead. Died Friday. The MJ farm folded up, proprietors were arrested for an illegal enterprise. The "mine" in Colombia has non-working equipment. The guy in charge of Colombian operations is also dead.

So you got dead MJ farm, dead mine, dead in-country rep, dead CEO.
