Absolutely agree about Henry. I felt the same way after reading it. So much agree that I would like to apologize and will stop making comments regarding salaries. It would seem he truly cares about our interests and to boot our interests are his interests as he's tied to 8 million shares. He was under oath making those comments and while I realize he had a specific story to paint, I believe his comments were genuine.

I realize the case is not over, but was hoping someone could dumb down what is going to happen next. It seems the judge would like xxii and Toliet Paper to reconcile, but xxii says hell no. GOOD.

Where I get lost is the next steps. What happens? Is XXII going to try and push this to western NY? What happens when they come back in August? What did the judges comments truly mean from pages 160-178?
