There are still some presents under the Christmas tree!!!!!

Yesterday was Christmas but all the presents have not been taken.

They are still leaving presents today as the stock is dirt cheap.

The Huawei news will put the stock in the high $60.00 range to

the $70.00 range. Add in ZTE, LG, with hopefully the others to

follow but these should be the next 2 to sign after Huawei.

In fact I have a question if you sign a agreement to abide by

binding arbitration and then don't abide by it can not IDCC

then sue them and stop any appeals? They have a written agreement

yet they are reneging on their word? Damned if I wouldn't sue

them and demand some form of more damages as that is a clear

breach of a contract. In fact in the suit I would certainly

make the suit incorporate they agreed to BINDING ARBITRATION,

and therefore they can not carry it to any other court or they

would definitely be in breach of a CONTRACT AGREEMENT. It is time

to stop bullshit on prolonging. Get good attorneys and screw

letting them be the ones who dictate. It is time for contracts

to be honored and thieves be exposed.

Now Onceinaliftime throw your 2 cents in.
