430 Q Okay. Speaking of investors, I know that in

10 2014 the securities commission issued a cease

11 trade order.

12 A Right.

13 431 Q And that was in result -- in response to the

14 requirement for having audited financial

15 statements; is that right?

16 A Yes.

17 432 Q And Sycamore then commenced having an audit

18 done?

19 A Correct.

20 433 Q I've seen news reports that say -- or, sorry,

21 media releases from Sycamore that say that that

22 audit was to be completed in January 2015. Did

23 that audit complete?

24 A It's completed. We're doing testing now.

25 There's an audit test that has to happen. If

1 you -- from the time the cease order is issued,

2 right, if you satisfy the order within three

3 months of the issue, you do not have to go

4 through the control testing because you've

5 satisfied the requirement within a certain

6 period of time.

7 If you go over that period, you have --

8 you're now subjected to a comprehensive test --

9 series of tests that they put you through, which

10 can take a year.

11 434 Q So you do not anticipate Sycamore will be

12 trading any time soon?

13 A Sycamore, we're finished. So we're finished our

14 testing now.

15 435 Q Oh.

16 A Yeah. We finished the testing probably middle

17 of March, and we're in the process of going to

18 submit our audited financials to the BCSC for

19 approval.

20 And then once they give us the green light,

21 they'll be up and the cease trade order will be

22 lifted. So my anticipated time probably is the

23 first week of May.

24 436 Q Okay. Who are the auditors?

1 And that cease trade order, it was strictly

2 for my -- it was an address thing. It wasn't to

3 do with anything else.

4 437 Q When you say "it was an address thing" --

5 A Well, I'm -- my company was -- is incorporated

6 into the States and had a U.S. address. I moved

7 the company's headquarters to Canada. The

8 second that I do that, I fall under the

9 jurisdiction of the BCSC.
