lack of oversight

While it's understood as knowledge (fact, not hearsay) by the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders that John Bourque's puppet Directors at Bourque Industries are delinquent (neglectful, failing in what duty requires) to protect shareholders from what appears as a continuation of John Bourque's activity to place this company at risk just so John Bourque continues to satisfy his own personal mandate of "I am Kryron. I am Bourque Industries." we Hurting in the Dark Shareholders can describe an additional "lack of oversight" conducted by the puppet Directors at Bourque Industries, that being that the near zero communication conducted by the puppet Directors at Bourque Industries to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, that these shareholders, them themselves, are trapped in a "lack of oversight" dark containment as not having any status awareness of troubles at Bourque Industries, which seems "by design" by John Bourque so as to prevent the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders from obtaining the facts that would propel legal action to remove John Bourque from Bourque Industries.

But here resides a problem for the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.

If it is accurate what Chief Security Officer Juan Mendoza told me, that only John Bourque the person has the full instructions of specific ingredients and time-specific procedures needed to create Kryron alloy, as this necessary information John Bourque has not disclosed to any person within Bourque Industries that includes John Bourque not placing this knowledge within any document accessible by Bourque Industries, then replacing John M. Bourque as Chief Innovation Officer with an established person skilled in alloy creation would result in Bourque Industries to fail at making Kryron alloys as long as John Bourque prevents the full procedures of Kryron production to reside, with full access, within Bourque Industries as Bourque Industries rightful ownership of all Kryron proprietary knowledge, even the so-called new but not yet disclosed patent John Bourque seemingly made in the prison laundry room where John Bourque worked.

So yes, here we have John Bourque's method to "play god" at Bourque Industries without any oversight: "lack of oversight" by Bourque Industries puppet Directors controlled by puppet master John Bourque that results in a "lack of oversight" condition acquired by the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders as John Bourque's puppet Directors cease any and all communication to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, of which at this point in time has strong appearance of "Something is wrong at Bourque Industries."

Once again, if it is accurate what Chief Security Officer Juan Mendoza told me, that only John Bourque has the knowledge, thus the ability, to create Kryron alloy, then it may be understandable to view Randy Ellington as Bourque Industries Chief Technology Officer as just a "lap dog" of John Bourque to carry out the meager tasks required to product Kryron alloys such that these tasks contain no insight in Kryron's secrets and can be performed by a mediocrity skilled person having no formal education in the material sciences.
